All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
In case of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days than usual. We hope our customers would understand and allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be any significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addressesSlapwoods ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order trackingYou will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, and you can easily track your orders after that.
Customs, Duties and TaxesSlapwoods is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DamagesSlapwoods is not liable for any product damage or loss during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Note- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Currently, we do not ship Internationally.
Damaged or defective items may be returned or exchanged for up to 30 days after the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must provide proof of purchase, submit a picture of the items showing the damaged or defective product, and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
